Ham Sandwich with Nectarine Salsa
- 4 nectarines, pitted and diced
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/8 tsp. (just a pinch)
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
- 8 pieces lettuce leaves
- 20 slices LOUIS RICH CARVING BOARD Thin Carved Honey Ham
- 4 S, favorite flavor
- 3/4 cup COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Mix nectarine, onion, mayonnaise and cilantro in a small bowl to make salsa.
- Add lime juice and red pepper to taste.
- Microwave pitas on HIGH 1 min.
- To build each pita sandwich; fill with 2 pieces lettuce and 5 slices ham; top evenly with 1/4 of the salsa.
- Enjoy 1 JELLO-O smoothie snack topped with 3 Tbsp.
- COOL WHIP per serving for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
