Ham Sandwich with Nectarine Salsa

  1. Mix nectarine, onion, mayonnaise and cilantro in a small bowl to make salsa.
  2. Add lime juice and red pepper to taste.
  3. Microwave pitas on HIGH 1 min.
  4. To build each pita sandwich; fill with 2 pieces lettuce and 5 slices ham; top evenly with 1/4 of the salsa.
  5. Enjoy 1 JELLO-O smoothie snack topped with 3 Tbsp.
  6. COOL WHIP per serving for dessert.
  7. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
