Oat Bran Banana Bread

• 2 cups water
• 2 each bananas peeled, sliced
• 2 each egg whites
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons applesauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons wheat germ crude
• 4 tablespoons gluten flour
• 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
• 2 1/4 cups bran
• 1 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1 cup rolled oats rolled, dry
• 1 package yeast, active dry

1. Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
