Chapel Hill Swiss Corn Bake
- 3 cups corn (16 oz bag frozen)
- 23 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 12 cup cracker crumb
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Put the corn into a large bowl.
- Add the milk, onion, salt, pepper, and grated cheese.
- Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9 inch X 13 inch pan, or a 2 quart casserole.
- Sprinkle crumbs mixed with the melted butter over the top.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 30-35 minutes.
