Japanese Style Steak Sauce

  1. Put the ingredients into a frying pan and turn the heat down to very low, just enough to cook off the alcohol.
  2. Taste it.
  3. If it's too thick, add some water.
  4. After it comes to a boil again, let it simmer and it's complete.
  5. You can also use grated daikon radish or pour in some katakuriko slurry to thicken.
  6. It also tastes so delicious when poured over a Japanese-style hamburger For this, I used the grated daikon radish separately!
  7. I added some katakuriko slurry to make the sauce thick.
