Ez Turkey Rollups
- 4 deli turkey slices, cut 3/16 inch thick, 4 inch x 8 inch slices
- 3 cups dressing cornbread
- 2 cups turkey gravy, from package
- salt and pepper
- Make stove top stuffing according to package directions.
- Lay turkey on cutting board and put 3/4 cup of the stuffing on narrow end of slice then roll.
- I usually make 1 roll per person, and the roll is about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
- Make sure you can roll it and overlap the turkey.
- Place roll into oven safe dish, sprayed with PAM, seam side down.
- Repeat until all rolls have been made.
- Make and pour gravy over rolls, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil, and bake at 350degrees for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, green bean casserole (easy method), rolls and a garden salad.
