Tofu Raita

  1. In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend or process until creamy and almost smooth.
  3. Transfer to bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

firm tofu, olive oil, coarse salt, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, scallions, cucumber, dill
