Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes

  1. Batter: Stir first 5 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended.
  2. Whisk eggs, buttermilk and oil in separate bowl until blended.
  3. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until blended.
  4. (Do not over mix.
  5. Batter can still be slightly lumpy.)
  6. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  7. Working in batches, pour 1/3 cup batter into skillet for each pancake; cook 2 to 3 min.
  8. until bubbles start to form on tops and bottoms are golden brown.
  9. Turn; cook 1 to 2 min.
  10. to brown other sides.
  11. Toppings: Place 2 pancakes on each serving plate.
  12. Add Toppings.
