Chocolate Chip Crunch Cookies Recipe

  1. In a large bowl cream together the butter, butter and sugars.
  2. When smooth, stir in the egg, lowfat milk and vanilla.
  3. Sift flour, baking soda and salt onto wax paper.
  4. Stir flour mix into creamed mix; alternately with oil till thoroughly combined.
  5. Stir in cornflakes, oats and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 min or possibly till golden.
