Full moon dumplings
- 120 g rice powder (glutinous)
- 100 g water
- 30 g soybean powder (kinako)
- 20 g sugar
- Put rice powder in a bowl and add water.
- Mix them well till they come together.
- It will be like clay.
- Shape it into small balls with your palms.
- Boil them in plenty of hot water.
- Drain hot water after they are done.
- They are done when all of the dumplings come up on the surface of the hot water.
- Mix soybean powder and sugar.
- Put the dumplings into it and serve.
- At usual times, I serve it like this:
rice powder, water, soybean powder, sugar
