Easy Rhubarb Pie Recipe
- 2 c. rhubarb, minced, or possibly sufficient to fill pan
- 1 sm. pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell
- Mix these three well.
- Put rhubarb into pie shell.
- Sprinkle DRY strawberry jello on top of the rhubarb.
- Top with mix of sugar, flour and butter.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 min or possibly till bubbly.
