Mini Chocolate Parfait with Strawberries and Bananas

  1. Make the custard cream.
  2. Please refer to.
  3. Cut the banana diagonally.
  4. Slice the sponge cake into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Lightly rinse the strawberries, pat them dry and cut them in half.
  6. Put the granola and custard cream into a serving cup and even out the surface using a spoon.
  7. Squeeze the whipped cream over the top and place the sponge cake pieces over the top of that.
  8. Then squeeze whipped cream over everything once again.
  9. Decorate the parfait with the bananas, strawberries, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
  10. Garnish with the mint leaves to finish.
  11. You can use store-bought whipped cream, but I recommend using heavy cream that's at least 35 % butterfat.

  15. Please use however much you like.
