Mini Chocolate Parfait with Strawberries and Bananas
- 1 Banana (large)
- 2 Strawberries
- 1 Whipped cream
- 1 Castella or sponge cake
- 1 Granola or corn flakes
- 1 Chocolate sauce
- Make the custard cream.
- Please refer to.
- Cut the banana diagonally.
- Slice the sponge cake into bite-sized pieces.
- Lightly rinse the strawberries, pat them dry and cut them in half.
- Put the granola and custard cream into a serving cup and even out the surface using a spoon.
- Squeeze the whipped cream over the top and place the sponge cake pieces over the top of that.
- Then squeeze whipped cream over everything once again.
- Decorate the parfait with the bananas, strawberries, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
- Garnish with the mint leaves to finish.
- You can use store-bought whipped cream, but I recommend using heavy cream that's at least 35 % butterfat.

- Please use however much you like.
