Warm Reuben Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a small bowl combine sauerkraut, caraway seeds and mustard.
  3. Spoon sauerkraut mixture in bottom of 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
  4. Place corned beef on top.
  5. Spread dressing over corned beef and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Serve with bread and/or crackers.
