Warm Reuben Dip
- 14 12 ounces chopped sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
- 12 ounces deli corned beef
- 34 cup thousand island dressing
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- pumpernickel party bread or rye crackers
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a small bowl combine sauerkraut, caraway seeds and mustard.
- Spoon sauerkraut mixture in bottom of 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
- Place corned beef on top.
- Spread dressing over corned beef and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve with bread and/or crackers.
