BLT Egg Sandwich

  1. Fry the bacon until crispy.
  2. Fry a sunny side up.
  3. While you are waiting, cut the lettuce to the same size as the bread, and slice the tomatoes.
  4. Toast the bread.
  5. Spread chili sauce on one slice of the toasted bread, and grain mustard on the other.
  6. Top with the lettuce, tomato, bacon and fried egg.
  7. Close the sandwich, and it's done.
  8. It is hearty, so cut it into your desired size.
