BLT Egg Sandwich
- 2 rashers Sliced bacon
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- 3 slice Sliced tomato
- 1 Egg
- 2 slice Bread
- 1 Grain mustard
- 1 Chili sauce
- Fry the bacon until crispy.
- Fry a sunny side up.
- While you are waiting, cut the lettuce to the same size as the bread, and slice the tomatoes.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread chili sauce on one slice of the toasted bread, and grain mustard on the other.
- Top with the lettuce, tomato, bacon and fried egg.
- Close the sandwich, and it's done.
- It is hearty, so cut it into your desired size.
