Mary's Tomato Meat Loaf
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 7 12 ounces tomato sauce (reserve 1/4 cup tomato sauce)
- 13 cup saltine, crushed
- 34 cup onion
- 12 cup fresh parsley or 14 cup dried parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- Mix all ingredients together and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
- When you have 30 min left on the timer spread the tomato sauce on top and finish baking.
