Chicken Spaghetti
- 1 lb chicken breasts/ or tenderloins
- 1 salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms (more if you like)
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (optional)
- 1 packages of thin spaghetti noodles
- 1 mozzerella cheese for topping
- Heat oil in medium saucepan.
- Salt and pepper chicken.
- Cook chicken on both sides.
- Add celery, bell pepper, and onions to oil.
- Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until vegetables are softened.
- Combine spaghetti sauce, and tomato sauce.
- Stir, and bring to a slight boil.
- Add tomatoes, mushrooms, and sugar.
- Stir well, combining all ingredients.
- Place lid on, simmer for 25 minutes.
- Stirring a few times.
- Boil noodles, drain.
- Add mozzerella cheese to the top, and enjoy!
