Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan.
  2. Salt and pepper chicken.
  3. Cook chicken on both sides.
  4. Add celery, bell pepper, and onions to oil.
  5. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until vegetables are softened.
  6. Combine spaghetti sauce, and tomato sauce.
  7. Stir, and bring to a slight boil.
  8. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, and sugar.
  9. Stir well, combining all ingredients.
  10. Place lid on, simmer for 25 minutes.
  11. Stirring a few times.
  12. Boil noodles, drain.
  13. Add mozzerella cheese to the top, and enjoy!
