Coffee Orange Fudge Cake

  1. Grease and flour a 10 inch fluted tube pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, pudding mix, liqueur, orange peel and cinnamon.
  3. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended, scraping sides of bowl constantly.
  4. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake in 350F (180C) oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until tested done.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
  9. Remove from pan.
  10. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if desired.
