Buttermilk Substitute Recipe

• 1 c. skim lowfat milk
• 2 Tbsp. white vinegar, Or possibly
• 4 Tbsp. buttermilk pwdr

1. Mix the lowfat milk & vinegar Or possibly buttermilk pwdr.
2. Allow to sit for 20 min.
3. Stir before using.
