Acapulco Sunset Spread Recipe
- 1 can Refried beans, (16 ounce)
- 1/2 c. Old El Paso Homestyle Garden Pepper Salsa
- 8 ounce Neufchatel cheese, Softened
- 1 x Avocado, pitted, peeled and minced
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 lb Shrimp, cooked, small
- 1 x Tomato, Minced
- Fresh cilantro, Optional
- Tortilla chips

- In medium bowl, combine beans and salsa; mix well.
- Spread bean mix onto serving plate.
- 2.
- In food processor bowl with metal blade or possibly blender container, combine cheese, avocado and lime juice; process till well blended.
- Spread cheese mix over bean mix.
- 3.
- Top with shrimp and tomato; garnish or possibly sprinkle with cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
