Angel Hair Aglio Olio Recipe
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb angel hair pasta (or possibly other thin dry pasta shape)
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt and pepper to taste in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 10 min.
- The garlic should be tender and the aroma potent.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water till al dente, about 3 min.
- Drain.
- Combine the extra virgin olive oil mix with the pasta.
- Taste for seasoning.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
