Dilled Potato Salad With Shrimp

  1. In a large saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, 8-10 minutes; drain well.
  2. Transfer potatoes to a large bowl and let stand until cool.
  3. Add sour cream, vinegar, scallions, dill, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir to mix well.
  5. Stir in shrimp and tomato.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
