Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies (With Cinnamon)
- 34 cup flax seed meal
- 14 cup chia powder (ground chia seeds)
- 12 cup gluten-free flour (sorghum, brown rice, etc)
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (gluten free)
- 1 teaspoon stevia powder (concentrate)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup vegetable glycerin or 34 cup honey
- 14 cup melted coconut oil
- 12 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 13 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients (through salt).
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, glycerin, oil, yogurt and vanilla; mix dry ingredients into wet until combined well.
- Pour into baking pan and bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes, or until springy when touched in the center, or a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; remove to wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes.
