Sloppy Joe
- 1 loaf rye bread
- 6 ounces Russian dressing
- 1 pound cole slaw
- 2 ounces corned beef, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 ounces pastrami, sliced
- Cut the bread down the side to open up like a sub.
- Hollow out bread, removing the soft inside.
- Add 3 ounces Russian dressing, 1/2 pound cole slaw, 2 ounces corned beef and 2 slices Swiss cheese.
- Add pastrami, more Russian dressing, and 2 more slices of Swiss cheese.
- Add the remaining cole slaw and close the sandwich.
- Slice into 3 pieces and use 3 club toothpicks to secure the Sloppy Joe.
- Big mouth and a lot of napkins needed.
