Angel S'more Sandwiches Recipe

• 8 x 1/2 inch slices angel food cake (about 8 ounce. from 10 1/2 ounce. loaf)
• 2 x 1.55 oz lowfat milk chocolate candy bars
• 8 x Marshmallows

1. Grill directions: Heat grill.
2. When ready to grill, place cake slices on gas grill over medium heat or possibly on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals.
3. Toast 1 to 2 min or possibly till lightly browned, turning once.
4. Remove cake slices from grill.
5. Place half of chocolate bar on each of 4 cake slices.
6. Toast marshmallows on long forks over heat or possibly coals till golden and soft inside.
7. Top each chocolate square with 2 toasted marshmallows and 1 remaining cake slice.
8. Press together gently.
9. Yield 4 servings.
