Macaroni Taco Bake
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 dashes Taco Seasoning
- 2 dashes Garlic Salt
- 1 package Macaroni Noodles
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (some Have Gotten Flavorful, Try Them All)
- 1 block Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Brown the ground beef with the taco seasoning and garlic salt.
- Drain fat.
- Boil noodles with salt until al dente.
- Cut block of cheese up in small squares.
- Toss noodles, beef, diced tomatoes, and sharp cheddar cheese together in a pot.
- Pour mixture into 13 x 9 baking dish, cover with shredded cheese, bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- I love a little brown cheese on top, but just so long as it is melted, you are good.
- Great for leftovers, if you have any.
