Vickys Sticky Apple & Sausage Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 7 / 220C / 450F
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan
  3. Wrap a slice of bacon around each sausage and brown off in the pan
  4. Transfer the sausages to a roasting tin and put in the oven for 20 minutes, turning once halfway though.
  5. If your pan is ovenproof, just use that instead of dirtying a tin
  6. Add the apple wedges to the tin and roast a further 10 minutes until the apples are caramelized and the sausages are cooked through
  7. Serve with mashed potato and seasonal veg
