Caramel Bark
- 1 package (6 Ounce Package) Dark Chocolate Covered Pretzels
- 2 packages (11 Ounce Packages) White Chocolate Chips
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Caramel Or Dulce De Leche
- Remove the pretzels from the bag.
- Crush them into bits using a rolling pin and set aside.
- In a double boiler (or using a metal bowl placed over a saucepan so that the bowl doesnt touch the water), heat the water in the pan until its hot but not boiling.
- Put the chocolate into the top bowl.
- Melt the chocolate slowly over the heat (about 15 minutes).
- Place the caramel into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 2 minutes in 30 second intervals.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a wax paper lined baking tray and smooth it to the edges.
- Pour the caramel onto the chocolate layer and smooth it over the chocolate layer.
- Pour the pretzel bits evenly over the top of the caramel layer.
- sing your hand, push the pretzels into the caramel layer.
- Place the pan into the fridge to set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy.
