Caramel Apple Sundaes

  1. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Stir in brown sugar.
  3. Add apples; toss to coat.
  4. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Scoop ice cream evenly into 6 dessert dishes; cover evenly with the warm apple mixture.
  6. Top each sundae with 1 Tbsp.
  7. of the topping and about 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the gingersnap pieces.
  9. Serve immediately.
