Bridget's Strawberry Margarita

• 5 lemon wedges
• Superfine sugar
• 1 ounce Simple Syrup
• Ice
• 2 ounces Strawberry Tequila
• 1 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
• 1 strawberry

1. Moisten the outer rim of a martini glass with 1 lemon wedge and coat lightly with sugar.
2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 4 remaining lemon wedges with the Simple Syrup.
3. Add ice and the Strawberry Tequila and Cointreau.
4. Shake well and strain into the prepared martini glass.
5. Garnish with the strawberry.
