Heart Surprise-Inside Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and food coloring with mixer until blended.
  4. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until blended.
  5. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake 15 to 18 min.
  7. or until center is almost set.
  8. Cool 30 min.
  9. ; cover.
  10. Freeze 2 hours.
  11. Use foil handles to remove cheesecake from pan.
  12. Cut into 24 small hearts with 1-inch cookie cutter.
  13. Prepare cake batter as directed on package; spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups (see Tip.)
  14. Insert cheesecake heart, point side down, in center of batter in each cup.
  15. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  16. or until tops of cupcakes are firm.
  17. Cool 10 min.
  18. Remove from pan to wire racks; cool completely.
  19. Prepare White Chocolate-Cream Cheese Frosting; spread onto cupcakes.
  20. Top with sprinkles.
