Bruschetta Minute Steaks

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add steaks; cook 1 min.
  3. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  4. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, peppers and dressing.
  5. Spoon tomato mixture over steaks; top with stuffing and cheese.
  6. Cover.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min.
  8. or until cheese is melted and steak is cooked to medium doneness (160F).
