Chicken Burgers

  1. In medium bowl combine stuffing mix with boiling water.
  2. Let cool 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in chicken, egg and grated carrot until well blended.
  4. Gently shape mixture into 4 burgers.
  5. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  6. Cook burgers for 10 minutes, turning once or until golden brown.
  7. Serve topped with cranberry relish.
