Bisquick Marshmallow Salted Nut Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix baking mix, oats, peanuts, brown sugar and egg in large bowl.
  3. Stir in butter with fork until mixture is crumbly, reserve about 1 1/2 cups oats mixture.
  4. Press remaining oats mixture in ungreased jelly roll pan.
  5. Bake 10 minutes.
  6. Spoon marshmallow creme onto hot crust, let stand 1 minute.
  7. Spread over crust.
  8. Drizzle ice cream topping over marshmallow creme, spread gently.
  9. Sprinkle reserved oats mixture over topping.
  10. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Loosen edges from sides of pan.
  12. Cut into 3" x 1" bars while warm.
