Just Like a High-Class Chinese Restaurant Jumbo-Sized Meatballs

  1. Combine the ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat while stirring constantly until thickened.
  2. Knead the ground pork with your hands until it's sticky, then add the ingredients and knead some more.
  3. Roll the meat mixture into large meatballs, and deep fry in 320F/160C oil.
  4. Drain off the excess oil on paper towels, and coat the meatballs in the sauce.
  5. Done.
