Spicy Corn on the Cob

  1. Grill or boil corn until tender.
  2. Drain corn, place on plate and cover with melted butter.
  3. Next coat ear of corn with a light layer of mayo.
  4. Then cover ear with cayenne pepper and lemon pepper.
  5. I like the seasonings a little heavy but you can go as light as you like.
  6. Enjoy!
