Spicy Corn on the Cob
- 6 ears corn on the cob
- butter
- mayonnaise (real)
- cayenne pepper
- lemon pepper
- Grill or boil corn until tender.
- Drain corn, place on plate and cover with melted butter.
- Next coat ear of corn with a light layer of mayo.
- Then cover ear with cayenne pepper and lemon pepper.
- I like the seasonings a little heavy but you can go as light as you like.
- Enjoy!
