Crab Salad in Cantaloupe

  1. Puree the yogurt mayo parsley tarragon and vinegar in blender.
  2. Combine crab meat and celery in bowl.
  3. Pour in dressing toss to coat.
  4. Scoop the salad into the cantaloupe halves.
  5. Line 4 plates with watercress and place cantaloupe on top.
  6. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
