Sesame Chicken Wings
- 20 chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 12 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 12 cup sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 12 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 14 cup butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Separate chicken wings at joints, discard tips.
- Spread 1 tbsp butter in each of 2 rectangular pans.
- Mix baking mix, sesame seed, paprika, salt and mustard.
- Beat eggs and milk with fork.
- Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, coat with sesame seed mixture.
- Arrange chicken pieces close together in pans.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup butter over chicken.
- Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until brown and crisp.
