Sesame Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Separate chicken wings at joints, discard tips.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp butter in each of 2 rectangular pans.
  4. Mix baking mix, sesame seed, paprika, salt and mustard.
  5. Beat eggs and milk with fork.
  6. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, coat with sesame seed mixture.
  7. Arrange chicken pieces close together in pans.
  8. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
  9. Drizzle 1/4 cup butter over chicken.
  10. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until brown and crisp.
