Sweet and Savory Green Pepper and Shirataki Noodle Stir-Fry

  1. Remove seeds from peppers, and cut into thin strips.
  2. Rub the salt into the shirataki noodles, rinse, and cut into bite-sized lengths.
  3. Briskly saute peppers in a heated pan, add the shirataki noodles, and continue to stir-fry.
  4. Add sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and sake, then simmer until the liquid completely boils away.
  5. I made it with block konnyaku, and used chili peppers, as was recommended by many Cookpad users.
  6. It's delicious.
