Sweet and Savory Green Pepper and Shirataki Noodle Stir-Fry
- 10 Green peppers
- 1 packet Shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Sake
- Remove seeds from peppers, and cut into thin strips.
- Rub the salt into the shirataki noodles, rinse, and cut into bite-sized lengths.
- Briskly saute peppers in a heated pan, add the shirataki noodles, and continue to stir-fry.
- Add sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and sake, then simmer until the liquid completely boils away.
- I made it with block konnyaku, and used chili peppers, as was recommended by many Cookpad users.
- It's delicious.
