May's Potato Salad Dressing Recipe

• 1/4 c. vinegar
• 1/4 c. water
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Dash of pepper
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 2 Large eggs, well beaten
• 1 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)

1. Cook till thickened, stirring constantly with wire whisk.
2. Cold and add in 1 c. salad dressing.
3. Add in to diced potatoes, Large eggs, minced onion and celery.
