Healthy Bread Recipe

  1. Simmer raisins and 1 c. water for 10 min; cold.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and raisins plus water.
  4. Mix thoroughly and turn into 2 well greased loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
  6. Add in 1 Tbsp.
  7. vinegar or possibly lemon juice to regular lowfat milk to make buttermilk substitute.
