Easy Fresh Fruit Tart

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease cookie sheet, dust with baking mix.
  3. Mix baking mix and 1/3 cup sugar.
  4. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  5. Mix in egg until dough forms.
  6. Pat dough into cookie sheet, pinch edges, forming 1/2 inch rim.
  7. Bake 10 minutes or until edges just begin to brown.
  8. Cool crust on cookie sheet on wire rack 2 minutes.
  9. Remove crust with spatula onto wire rack, cool completely.
  10. Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and the vanilla in small bowl on low speed until smooth.
  11. Beat in whipping cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form.
  12. Spread over crust to within 1/4 inch of rim.
  13. Arrange fruits decoratively on top, brush with jelly.
  14. Refridgerate at least 2 hour.
