Smoky Guacamole

  1. Pit and scoop out avocados into a bowl.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, peppers, adobo sauce, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Mash and taste to adjust salt.
  4. Serve with chips.
