Yakiniku Beef Salad (with Sauce)

  1. Prepare the yakiniku sauce.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. The mango puree is made by processing a canned or very ripe mango in a food processor until smooth.
  4. You can use sugar or honey instead; don't forget to give it taste and adjust the amount.
  5. You can use grated apple or Asian pear instead.
  6. Cut the cucumber and tomato into chunks.
  7. Slice the carrot very thinly with a slicer.
  8. Tear up the lettuce into easy to eat pieces.
  9. Stir fry the beef with a little oil, add the combined yakiniku sauce and simmer until cooked.
  10. Remove from heat and let cool.
  11. Just before serving, put the meat and sauce in the pan over the vegetables (adjust the sauce to taste) and serve.
  12. Mix well before eating.
