Nantucket Clam Chowder

  1. In pot, cook bacon over med-high heat until crisp.
  2. Add onion & celery; cook, stirring 3min.
  3. Stir in butter, then flour.
  4. Stir in cream, clams and their juice & potatoes; cover.
  5. Cook over medium heat 10-12min.
  6. until potatoes are tender and soup thickens.
  7. Add dill, pepper, Worcestershire & salt; heat through.
