Chicken Ciabatta
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced onions
- 1/2 cup thin matchlike red pepper sticks
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
- 1/2 of a 1-lb. ciabatta loaf, split
- 1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast
- Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Add vegetables; cook 3 to 4 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Mix mayo and salsa; spread onto cut sides of bread.
- Fill bread halves with chicken and vegetable mixture.
