Marinade For Roast Leg Of Lamb Recipe
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. curry (optional)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- Boneless leg of lamb
- Mix above ingredients, except leg of lamb, well.
- Food processor works well for this.
- Pat onto lamb, let sit overnight.
- Then grill to desired doneness.
- medium rare to medium is best.
