Vegetarian Stir Fry

  1. Prepare ingredients to stir-fry.
  2. Heat 1 TBS broth in a stainless steel wok or 12 inch skillet.
  3. Healthy Stir-Fry onion for about 2 minutes in broth over medium high heat stirring constantly.
  4. Add red pepper and mushrooms.
  5. Continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add garlic, ginger and continue to cook stirring for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add cabbage, and rest of ingredients and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
