Chicken No. 14,753Deviled Divan

  1. Cook the broccoli in boiling water in a shallow pan with the lemon peel.
  2. Cook to just heat throughyou want the broccoli spears to retain their bright color.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Preheat the broiler.
  5. Prepare the chicken and sauce as directed in the master recipe, #293, adding the hot sauce to the finished sauce (to Devil it).
  6. Place the cooked chicken breasts and broccoli in a shallow casserole and top with the deviled sauce and the cheese.
  7. Broil until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve with crusty bread.
