Blackberry Chocolate Dessert Recipe

  1. Puree Blackberries in a food processor or possibly blender.
  2. Strain and throw away seeds.
  3. Place juice and pulp in a small saucepan.
  4. Stir in cornstarch till it dissolves; turn heat to medium.
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Boil 1 minute.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Stir in liqueur.
  9. Cover and chill.
  10. To serve, spoon Blackberry sauce onto serving plate.
  11. Place 1 slice of commercially-prepared cheesecake or possibly lb.
  12. cake over sauce.
  13. Decoratively drizzle chocolates over cake.
  14. Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
