Candied Cashews Recipe
- cashews, amount you want
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1/4 c. lemon juice cinnamon, to taste
- Cut cashews into small pcs.
- Layer in heavy pan with sugar and dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Repeat layer.Pour lemon juice over all.
- Cover and start on low heat after cashews are almost tender remove cover and let cook down till glazed and tender.
