Rumaki
- 6 chicken livers, washed, dried, halved
- 1 tbsp. horseradish mustard
- 4 slices bacon, cut into thirds
- 6 water chestnuts, cut into halves
- Mix livers with horseradish mustard.
- Wrap each bacon strip around a piece of liver and a water chestnut half.
- Secure with a toothpick.
- Broil, turning frequently, until bacon is crisp, 10 to 15 minutes.
